I text him back to call me and he called immediately and took care of everything and explained in detail all I was getting in coverage! We had SF for about a year and every month the amount was different:( Kate is a piece of work and was not helpful at all and I took off a bunch of items on the policy and the prices kept going up monthly and she kept saying it’s the economy and everything is going up! I get that but I have fixed 6 months policy. Called around and found lower prices with same or better coverage. Didn’t renew and then this agency and Kate kept harassing me for money on this policy I no longer have and wanted my documents to prove I had insurance. This went on for weeks! It was like a bad breakup from a psycho partner in a relationship. Please be careful if you go with this agent and agency! I never got a call in time for homeowners insurance to bundle either. I will say Fisher was a cool dude and if you get him you are blessed. I could never talk to him and Kate needs to be retrained or the owner needs to have a talk with her because she is hurting the business."

They were not transparent regarding State Farm increasing base rates in this market. Average experience, at best. There are better agents out there in the Williamson County area."
